Practice Areas
Paul has experience in sophisticated commercial
litigation, representing clients in proceedings involving injunctions
and court appointed receiverships before all levels of courts, including
The Ontario Court of Appeal. He acts on behalf of his clients assisting
them in Real Estate Litigation, Construction liens, Debt Collection,
Security Enforcement, Mortgage Remedies and General Litigation.
Additionally, Paul provides litigation support to U.S. Clients in
Ontario.
Professional and Community Affiliations
Paul has assisted in the development of the
Ontario Bar Admissions Course Material in Real Estate and is a Part
Time Instructor at Humber College teaching Business Law in the Business
Program.
Academic Background
After obtaining his Honours Degree from York
Univerity in Polictical Science in 1997, Paul graduated from Osgoode
Hall Law School in 2000. He was admitted to Practice Law in Ontario
in 2002 and admitted to the New York Bar in 2005.
