Born and raised and still lives in the Newmarket area. Bill graduated from Ryerson University with a degree in Business Administration. He has 11 Years of real estate experience as an agent/owner of his own real estate company.

Bill has been with Homeguard Funding since its inception 25 years ago. With over 6000 mortgages arranged, the majority of Bill’s business is from repeat clients, referrals and real estate agent referrals and email.
